Order Processing and Production Time
All rugs at Sifa Rugs are made to order. Each rug is carefully crafted according to the selected design, size, and colour. Our estimated production time is 7–15 business days, depending on the order specifications and complexity.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Once production is complete, your rug will be carefully packed and dispatched. Delivery time depends on the destination, courier service, and customs procedures where applicable. An estimated delivery timeframe will be shared with the customer whenever possible.
Delays in Production or Delivery
